Bruderhof Communities & Christian anarchism.

We can make comparisons with modern day protestant-reformists (which are really the new-age church), and Christian anarchism. This is because the new-age church strongly links its teachings to Christian anarchism which is a belief in anarchism as a voluntary cooperation without government.

Christian anarchism is a Christian movement in political theology that claims anarchism is inherent in Christianity and the Gospels. It is grounded in the belief that there is only one source of authority to which Christians are ultimately answerable—the authority of God as embodied in the teachings of Jesus.

Christian anarchists reject the idea that human governments have the ultimate authority over human societies. Christian anarchists denounce the state, believing it is violent, deceitful and, when glorified, idolatrous.

The Buderhof Wikipedia article makes comparisons with Christian_anarchsm. For example: In accordance with the Anabaptist doctrine of nonconformity to the world. The Bruderhof wear plain dress, with women donning Christian headcoverings in accordance with their interpretation of 1 Corinthians in the Christian Bible.
