Any sort of Bread, albeit convenience food, is now commonly tainted with pharmaceutical drugs and is one of the worst causes of Insomnia & Anxiety. To greatly improve your sleep, you should stop eating bread and the sandwich-ingredients contained in your sandwiches, which are often ironically as tainted as the bread; causing depression and anxiety etc. The poor quality of bread is a consequence of the unchecked quality of the ingredients and the lack of regular product-sampling during manufacturing. In our opinion, food tainting is also widespread in other products, like pizza, that use a lot of flour.

Using a slow cooker cuts the cost of baking jacket potatoes to a fraction of the cost of a conventional oven. Enjoy perfectly baked potatoes, which are versatile, easy to store and conveniently reheat.
  • Place 1lb of washed potatoes in a slow cooker.
  • Cook from raw on full power for 6 hours (minimum), up to 7 or 8 hours.
  • Reheat for 1 hour in a slow cooker for refreshed baked potatoes. 
  • Use as a main or side dish with any food.

Use a timer-plug to bake jackets while you sleep.
Eat with any meal. 
Reheat for 30 minutes to enjoy hot.
